Aries people want to be first. They are like leos in that they are in the element of fire, but they are more quiet and have more of a fighter type ego. While the ego of a leo is more loving, the aries ego is more about Me. Me. They will get what they want, but the best way to deal with an aries is to let them take the lead, don't talk too much, and let them have their shine. They will respect and treat you very well if you do these things. Show the aries you aren't affraid of them, and they will respect that.
