Libras are probably the most friendly signs of the zodiac. Their symbol is a balancing scale. So they try to balance out their lives to the best of their ability. They like harmony, beauty, and balance with relationships and other people. The downside is that they value harmony and balance so much with others that they may not stand up for what they truly believe in to make "everyone happy."
The libra is the only sign other than the pisces that I see really get along with all the other signs. They are usually very easy going and they kind of go with whatever flow or personality is dominant in the room.
